Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! email firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order has been processed.
Please keep in mind:
- Orders placed after 7 am ET on Friday will process the following Monday
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 business days of your delivery date.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
All sales are FINAL. No exchanges or returns are allowed. Please contact us first if you have questions about the garment.
